With a large stock of properties – largest in Europe. We have inherited over the years a varied and aged stock of assets. We have high standards in all that we do along with requiring value for money. We found in E-Plan a contractor that fulfilled this for us, they met our high standards and delivered value for money. They undertook the upgrading of residents properties from “E”, “F” and “G” rated boilers with “A” rated assets. Most of these installs meant the need for full installs, providing a heat source to all rooms. They used modern technology where appropriate. They worked at times with and in difficult situations but showed professionalism and empathy.
EPLAN have made a significant impact to the delivery of contract in regards to Gas Installations. They are our sole provider for all Gas installs in Birmingham and have been now for almost 4 years, acknowledged by our client stating we are delivering the best Gas installs throughout the entire contract and against our competitors on other areas of the contract. There are extremely strong communication skills which are a key part in success and a fantastic working relationship between the teams, enabling us to continue to deliver above the expected standard and continue to raise the bar on a regular basis.
