Three Months In: Charter Court Already Feels Like Home

Three months ago, we packed up years of memories, loaded the vans, and made the move to our new headquarters at One Charter Court, Wolverhampton.

At the time, we described it as the beginning of an exciting new chapter for E-Plan Energy.

Now, three months later, it's safe to say we've hit the ground running.

In fact, we haven't stopped.

More Than Just a New Address

When we moved into Charter Court, we didn't just gain a new office. We created a space that reflects where E-Plan Energy is today and where we're heading tomorrow.

The move was driven by growth. We needed room for a larger team, more collaboration, and the infrastructure to support the increasing demand for our services across the Midlands.

Three months on, that decision is already paying dividends.

Our offices are busier than ever, our teams are growing, and the energy around the building is exactly what we hoped it would be.

There's a genuine sense of momentum.

Investing in People

One of the most exciting developments since moving to Charter Court has been the continued growth of our team.

As demand for our services continues to increase, we've welcomed new faces across multiple departments, strengthening our capabilities and bringing fresh ideas into the business.

For us, growth has never simply been about numbers. It's about finding great people who share our values, our work ethic, and our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Every new team member brings something unique, helping us continue to improve and evolve while maintaining the family culture that has been at the heart of E-Plan Energy since day one.

Expanding Our Services

Growth isn't just happening within our workforce.

Over the past three months, we've also expanded our service offering by achieving certification in Damp and Ventilation.

This is an important step forward for the business and allows us to provide even more comprehensive solutions for our clients.

As housing standards continue to evolve and increasing attention is placed on indoor air quality, condensation management, and property health, damp and ventilation measures have become more important than ever.

By investing in the necessary training, certification, and expertise, we're ensuring that E-Plan Energy remains at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compliant solutions that improve homes and enhance living conditions.

It's another example of our commitment to growing in the right way - by developing our people, expanding our expertise, and responding to the needs of our customers.

The Same Values, A Bigger Vision

While much has changed over the years, some things remain exactly the same.

We're still the business built on the principles established by Ian, Richard, and Daniel Bramall.

We're still committed to doing things properly.

We're still focused on looking after our customers, supporting our people, and finding solutions to problems rather than walking past them.

The move to Charter Court hasn't changed who we are.

It's simply given us a bigger platform to become even better at what we do.

Looking Ahead

If the first three months are anything to go by, the future is incredibly exciting.

We've expanded our team. We've broadened our service offering. We've settled into a fantastic new headquarters. And we're continuing to build on the momentum that has brought us this far.

Of course, there's still plenty of work to do.

But that's exactly how we like it.
